Introduction

Welcome to the API documentation for our REST API! This documentation provides developers with details on how to use our API to integrate our services into their applications. Our REST API allows you to request translations and access relevant resources.

Getting Started​

To get started using our API, you will need to obtain an API token. You can do this by contacting our support team and requesting access to our API. Once you have been granted access, you can use your API token to make requests to our API.

NOTE: All customer accounts start with a base level of an untrained translation engine. To achieve high quality translations and have correct terms in the translations, a training workshop and continuous training process with Fluentic's quality team is required.

What you'll need​

To use our API, you will need the following:

  • An API token
  • A programming language or toolset that can make HTTPS requests with Authorization header
  • Knowledge of HTTP requests and responses
  • Capability to receive callbacks when translations are completed or ability to poll for job state and retrieve translations
